Gabi Harsanyi Garcia and Simon Beaumont were married Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009 at Saint John’s Church in Washington, DC.  Ray Garcia walked his daughter down the aisle. Following the ceremony, friends and family walked down the block on a wonderfully warm winter evening to The St. Regis Hotel for cocktails, dinner, and dancing.

The bride wore a lovely wedding dress ( Fruzie please supply details, and by the way your dress was great too, and Ray looked dashing as well), carried a lovely red bouquet (see pix above). The forced Cheery Blossoms (?) were also lovely as were the tables of Tulips. The food, wine, music, and decor were every bit as lovely as you would expect from Fruzie, Ray, and Gabi.

The couple will live in Sherburn-in-Elmet, an ancient village located in the Selby district in North Yorkshire, England with a population of about 6,200 people.  They're spending their honeymoon in the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean.

Gabi and Annie Miller Orgad went to nursery school together a few years ago, and their parents have stayed friendly and grown close ever since.
